It could be the ideal body, it could be the ideal number on the scales, it could be a certain size of clothing or it coils simply be the way that you feel about yourself. Tell yourself that you are going to stop when you feel comfortable with that you look and that external factors are not a priority. But, it depends on what you want, so decide that before you do anything else and then work towards it.
