Berrylicious Smoothie Bowl

6 December 2016

The other day Josh and I decided we'd like to give Smoothie Bowl making a go. Since we never had even eaten one before but we always thought they looked pretty darn good.

We went to the grocery store and collected some ingredients, threw them into the blender and then topped them with some yummy goods.

Here's what you need.

The Goods

  • 1 big banana
  • 1 cup of raspberries (we used frozen ones)
  • ½ cup soy milk (or any milk really)
  • ½ cup ice
  • 2 Tbsp. almond butter (we used crunchy!)
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 5 strawberries, sliced up
  • ¼ cup muesli
  • 2 Tbsp. shredded coconut

The Process

Blend the banana, raspberries, milk, ice, almond butter and honey until they're nice and smooth with no chunks.

Pour it into a bowl and then top with muesli, sliced strawberries and coconut!

Pile it onto the top or neatly lay it out. Snap a pic for social media! An important step in any smoothie bowl discovery.

Eat it up!
