The wonderful team at Suki are always giving me new products to trial, which I love doing! I also love trying new Dry Shampoo products as my hair gets so greasy! That's what you get for having healthy and natural roots like I do.
The latest product I've been trialling is this Aveda Shampure Dry Shampoo. It's very different to any other dry shampoos I've tested as it is not an aerosol. It's from the same collection as a shampoo and conditioner that I have tried and loved, so I was keen to give this a go.
It smells amazing, just like the matching shampoo, as it contains 25 pure flower and plant essences.
That always gives me a good feeling after using it and being surrounded by the aroma.
It's funny, the product makes me think of a squeaky toy filled with talcum powder puffing out when you squeeze it. Which kind of describes the design perfectly to be honest.
To use, just give it a shake and then twist the lid open. Sometimes a little puff of dry shampoo comes out immediately, so try not to be looking directly into it. I've done this more than once!
Then lift up your roots and squeeze the product wherever you need a bit of lift and oil absorption. Massage it into your scalp and you're good to go!
It's a non-aerosol powder mist that absorbs excess oil between shampoos. I love that it's travel-friendly and easy to throw in your bag. Just make sure you close the lid!
